Abstract;A reagent solution successfully applied to refolding of a globular protein possesses an ability to make loose or to break many interactions sustaining the higher structure of the protein. Causal relations between the structural characteristics of protein and the reagent solution were explored for four kinds of globular proteins, subtilisin, thermolysin, lysozyme and ribonuclease.
