| Abstract;SECM/photon counting system was fabricated to measure weak luminescence from localized surfaces. We investigated the electrogenerated chemiluminescence(ECL) and chemiluminescence(CL) of luminol by this system to characterized immobilized glucose oxidase(GOD) and peroxidase. This measuring system is used to image localized activities of these enzymes. (author abst.) |
