| Abstract;In dairy lives, we frequently encounter new and queer accidents. It is about such a queer matter that people want to consult acounselor. Previous memory-based systems which answer queries expressed in sentences, e.g., FAQ-finder cannot answer queer questions about these queer things, because they are referred only to past questions from which they find similar questions to the current usr's one and returns the corresponding answers. In this paper, we present an Answer Assembling System, which combines paragraphs in past answers for answering newly asked questions. Empirical results are evaluated by the extent of usr's satisfaction. (author abst.) |
