| Abstract;Paradigm shift from making to using by information technology innovation has occurred in software industry. As its result, component-ware that developed applications by assembling software component has been made possible. However, in the are of component-ware, there are problems about connection among different vender provided software components and different architecture of components, preparation of protocol required to software component distribution, lack of rules for information exchange among companies. As these problems, the infra-structure establishment for software commerce are desired. Based on these backgrounds, an empirical proof experiments of software CALS were carried out as a part of the high functional inter-corporation electronic commerce project submitted by the MITI in Japan.
