| Abstract; The history of breast cancer treatment has been largely that of western countries. Although Japan has had its own technological development, it does no have its own strategy for cancer treatment, especially for breast cancer. Thus the difference between western countries and Japan is obvious: USA and European countries are superior because of their scientific way of clinical research, such as "prospective randomized study", which has never been performed in Japan. We need to review our medical system in order to develop our own more effective types of therapy. (author abst.) |
