Abstract;A his-.MU.-chloro Ru(II) dimer with tris(2-pyridylmethyl)amine (TPA) exhibited catalytic oxygenation of alkenes and cooxygenation of alkanes in the presence of cyclohexene with molecular oxygen (1atm) at room temperature without reducing reagents; reactions proceeded via a radical chain mechanism as a main pathway.
