Abstract; The titled method is preventive measures for liquefaction based on the same improvement principle by the compaction as a sand compaction pile (SCP) method. This method is characterized that the vibration and noise are reduced compared with a dynamic compaction method such as SCP, and the sandy spoil from construction sites is utilized as a supply material so as to dispense with the purchase of the sand. The outline and two cases of this method are introduced. The first case utilizes the sandy soil containing many fine-grained components and the second one utilizes the sandy soil containing small fine-grained components.
