Abstract;The titled method reduces the vibration and noise using static rotational jacking equipment without using a vibrator in penetration and pull-out of a casing pipe in constructing sand piles in the underground, and takes account of the environment in the circumference. The ground improved by this method has a sufficient soil bearing capacity as the bearing stratum of a spread foundation. This report introduces the approach from the design to the quality control in applying this method to the spread foundation of the architecture.
