| Abstract;Information is exchanged between unmanned vehicles and ground equipment (facilities) via radio. Since the Wireless Telegraphy Act was revised in 1996, radio modems using weak wave cannot be used. To solve this problem, spread spectrum (SS) radio communications has been applied. This paper explains the role of radio communications by unmanned vehicle systems, modem installation and the necessity of SS communications and describes information exchange and new control system in the real sites. |
