Abstract;This paper presents support tools for effective design and operation in the logistics process: "WITNESS" (line simulator with time base and coordinate axes) and "Mat Flow" (layout optimization tool). This paper presents "full-automatic picking warehouse" using WITNESS and a case of linking WITNESS and MatFlow.
