Abstract;This paper presents SCM (Supply-Chain Management) software provided by Manugistics Co. This software features: 1) organic top-down optimization in the supply chain; 2) seamless support among multiple sites, vendors and corporations; 3) solutions specific to the industry; and 4) high reliability in technology. This paper describes contents of SCM software "Manugistics5"-related products (demand and supply planning, production scheduling, supply chain navigator and NetWORKS), actual installation and effects.
