Abstract;Recent needs for flowmeter and application examples of electromagnetic flowmeter for non-filled water levels are described. Important elements of water management system establishment are outlined focusing on signal transmission for centralized management, remote diagnosis and in-line flowmeter. Above-mentioned flowmeter was applied to domestic wastewater teratment.Flow rate in non-filled state could be measured by whole section flow rate measurement.
