Abstract;In this type, integration of sensor with transmitter was realized, resulted in high precision, high efficiency and price reduction. Structure of two U-shaped flow tubes was analyzed to opitimized integration to realize high precision, miniaturization and pressure loss reduction.Integration of sensors with transmitter was resulted in various merits including saving space and exclusive cables.Improved earthquake-proof dynamic characteristics and pressureproof sensor housing were realized also as results.
