| Abstract;Capacitive electromagnetic flowmeter ADAG-CA with sheet-like plane electrode on outer side of alumina ceramic measuring tube measures flow rate by measuring electromotive force generated in liquids through capacity of measuring tube. In case of fluids with low conductivity like pure water or alcohol, maximum measuring limit of 0.01.MU.s/cm was realized by exciting at high frequency.In case of insulating fluids like red mud from alumina production, preventive measures for troubles in electromotive force detection was realized adopting head amplifier with high impedance in converter. By these measures, wide range measurement has become possible. |
