| Abstract;P control in PID control is explained. P action putting operation out put in proportion to present variation e, is basis of PID control. Even if e was reduced, output increases corresponded to proportional gain Kp increase to generate vibration. In case of reduced Kp to prevent vibration, e does not become zero to leave offset. In case of process control, I action or PID control are used generally to remove offset. In case of follow-up control for integral process, however, single application of P control saves generating vibration. |
