| Abstract;Following the preceding issue and from the viewpoint of the skin at the demoulding time on the fair-faced concrete building, this paper describes actual examples and the countermeasures of the degradation. The failure incidence in the wall surface at the demoulding time is higher concerning cavity, pore, uneven color in the mould joint circumference and sand streak. According to the investigation of passed years and degree of the fouling, the fouling becomes conspicuous from 5 years after the construction. The progress rate of the fouling in the north-side progressed faster than the other sides. By the investigation, the crack width tendes to increase with passed years. As a countermeasure, the flowchart of the finishing system of surface layer in proportion to life cycle of concrete structure is proposed, and weatherproof-waterproof material, reinforcement, filler and neutralization controling material as the required materials were developed. Step 1 gave the consistency to surface finish during the under construction to the completion in order to increase the durability, and Step 2 deals with the rejuvenescence by the processing on degradation parts and by neutralization control processing and it is the finish works to be done for the repair. The developed materials/construction method are shwed. |
