| Abstract;This article introduces an incinerator exhaust gas instant cooling equipment by water spray system that Okawara Engineering Co., Ltd. developed. This equipmet "Gastem" applies the technology of spray dryer. To begin with, the generation mechanism of dioxines and the relation between temperature of exhaust gas and dioxines are described. On "Gastem" the following points are described: (1) system constitution, (2) spray device, (3) hot blast dispersing device,and (4) characteristics. On (1), it is explained that for the exhaust gas cooling tower by water spray, the uniform cooling of exhaust gas and the perfect evaporation of water droplet in the tower are necessary. On (2), the adoption of pressure two-fluid nozzle for atomization is described. On (3), It is explained that the contact of spray drop and exhaust gas with high efficiency is necessary in this area. |
