| Abstract;Chugai Ro Co.,Ltd. applied the improved RTO process to exhaust gas treatment facility for refuse and waste incinerator, and confirmed the effectiveness for decomposition, removal and resynthesis inhibition of dioxines. The following points on this test facility are described: (1) outline of the heat storage combustible facility, (2) process of dioxines decomposition and removal, and (3) characteristics of this facility. On (1), operation flow chart of the facility, operation and control, and operating cost reduction by improvement of thermal efficiency are described. On (2), decomposition of dioxines at high temperature in combustion chamber, and resynthesis inhibition of dioxines by rapid cooling are described. On (3), easy maintenance of the ceramic heat reservoir and possible intermittent operation are mentioned. |
