Abstract;The minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) method and near dry machining (NDM) method are being examined to use a suitable quantity of cutting oil,to use a smaller quantity, and to supply to a suitable position. The Bluebe MQL system processes by applying a minimum quantity of lubricating cutting oil to a pinpoint of an edge. For MQL, an oil feeder, high-performance and safety cutting oil, know-how of cutting works, data, and a machine tool are necessary. Exclusive oil feeders for internal feeding and for external feeding that can most effectively feed a minimum quantity of Bluebe cutting oil are available. Bluebe cutting oil, which includes two types for steel and for light metal, is vegetable, safe to human body,biodegradable, and friendly to environment. It has been sold for 9 years and 6 months in Japan, and 10000 external oil feeders were sold.
