| Abstract; The company developed the RPF (recycled waste plastic fuel) system, which collects high-purity polyolefin waste plastic as a granulated product, by using the pretreatment system that sorts out waste plastic with an uniaxial crusher and a wet gravity separator. A demonstration plant for the crush, selection, and granulation of general waste plastic was completed, and operation data was accumulated. In this system, polyolefin waste plastic is recovered with high-purity, and the dry-type wind force separator removes gravel, stones, glass pieces and non-iron metals, and the centrifugal wet gravity separator removes chloroethylene. The system may use water by circulating, and produces flaky products by agglomeration (simple granulation). This simple and compact system may treat non-industrial waste including various waste plastics, removing chloroethylene. |
