| Abstract;The association is promoting the development project of waste home electric appliance consistent processing recycling system for the material recycling of four items of spent household electric appliances. A substrate solder recovery system, which separates and collects solder for reuse from printed circuit boards of television where solder is used in large amounts, was developed. Some printed circuit boards from spent televisions were investigated. The solder recovery test was carried out with a printed circuit board prepared for evaluation and an actually spent television printed circuit board. It was judged that the recovered solder satisfied the Japanese Industrial Standard except for Sn and Cu and that it can be reproduced as a solder material like usual solder chip by fire refining (reverberatory furnace reduction, refinement furnace refining). |
