| Abstract;The recycled product "Soft 15" was developed using cut waste tires with high load efficiency. After waste tires are cut and wires are removed,cut tires are processed to rubber chips of .PHI.1 to 5 mm. They are colored with a pigment, fastened and molded with a one liquid urethane system resin binder for molding with heating, to produce the block rubber chip mat Soft 15. The material is excellent in water permeability , hardly forms rain puddles when it rains, and exhibits snow melting effect when it snows. It is excellent in safety and designability as well as permeability. Constructions with it more than 40000 m2 have been achieved for 3 years. |
