Abstract;Pulp mold produced from waste paper that may be recycled is noticed as a buffer material for packaging friendly to the environment. Waste paper pulp is disaggregated in water, and with the concentration controlled, the solution is drawn to a metal mold covered by wire net by vacuum to adsorb to it, and then the resulting pulp is removed to a drier to dry up. The product has permeability and excellent properties as a buffer material for vegetable. Under environmental regulations, the pulp mold for industrial products is increasing in demand, and many manufacturers have participated in. Shortening in lead time from inquiry to delivery and reduction in cost of mold are present issues.
