Abstract; On the above-mentioned problems, this paper mainly describes the challenges to waste utilization. The mix design of concrete was generally carried out, putting the importance on the strength. The production of fly ash arises to be 200- 300 million t/year, and the most is used for the low exothermic concrete. However, since the variation of the chemical composition of the fly ash and the chemical composition of the slag are both considerable, it can not be effectively utilized. The utilization research of chaff ash, crushed concrete, brick, calcium carbide, limestone powder, glass powder, incinerated ash of refuse, etc. are goingon.
