Abstract;A carbon fiber reinforced pre-cast panel panel (PCa) made of mortal containing a carbon fiber habing electromagnetic shield performance was developed and, as external wall, is used for the construction of a shield building. On the PCa, the material properties and the survey result of the electromagnetic shield performance of the constructed building are introduced. The original carbon fiber of the used carbon fiber is cut to about 3mm and mixed at the volume ratio 1%. The designed values are the object frequency 300MHz-3GHz and the shield performance over 30dB, and the electromagnetic shield performance of the wall surface of the thickness 150mm was higer than 50dB at over 100MHz.
