| Abstract;This paper introduced the technology of contact drying and incineration of sludge with superheated steam of which the process development was started by Daiei Service Co. General feature of the superheated steam drying and the development history of this method were explained. Next, steam circulation and incineration system to incinerate after drying were explained based on the process chart. The main techniques adopted in the process development and the characteristics of this system to achieve no pollution and high thermal efficiency were described. |
