| Abstract;The usage of "Microjet" for semi-dry processing for metal cutting using a small quantity of cutting oil to the utmost. Microjet was developed by Rink Co. in Germany. Microjet is composed of a dual nozzle to achieve reliablelubrication and cooling effect and a unit to blow out the oil from the inside by compressed air. The features, physical properties of the exclusive cutting oil and the usage were explained. |
