Abstract;A case of multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma in a 73-year-old woman is reported. She was admitted to our hospital for further examination of a right renal mass discovered incidentally by ultrasonography. Right nephrectomy was performed. Pathological examination revealed renal cell carcinoma; expensive, alveolar, clear cell subtype, G1, INF.ALPHA., pT2. Although it is difficult to differentiate multilocular cystic nephroma from multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma, pharmacoangiography may be useful in thier differential diagnosis. (author abst.)
