| Abstract;A case of multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma in a 73-year-old woman is reported. She was admitted to our hospital for further examination of a right renal mass discovered incidentally by ultrasonography. Right nephrectomy was performed. Pathological examination revealed renal cell carcinoma; expensive, alveolar, clear cell subtype, G1, INF.ALPHA., pT2. Although it is difficult to differentiate multilocular cystic nephroma from multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma, pharmacoangiography may be useful in thier differential diagnosis.
