Abstract; This is a positivist study analyzing new types of venture businesses surveyed from theviewpoint of economics and organization theory. Since April of 1995, some projects have been started based on the 'Zero Emission' vision proposed by the United Nations University, and people have suddenly been focusing attentionon bio-technology and a system of using recycled raw waste as food resources, instead of disposing of the waste by burning them, and then burying the remains. However, to open as far as possible such a closed system inherent in zero emission, there need to be developed not only marketizing and organizing but also a networking system for recycling raw waste remaining in food resources.
