Abstract;This paper introduces the titled district heating and cooling system for district cooling and heating by combining heat recovery by 2 gas turbines with 2,000kW for each and a gas fired boiler. The system supplies heating and cooling heat to offices and stores with total floor space of 337,000m2. It features the combination of cogeneration and a heat storage tank for cold water and hot water. The annual waste heat dependence rate is estimated at about 45%, and reduction in carbon dioxide, at 7.3%.
