| Abstract;Criterion for enterprises on rationalization of the use of energy in factories was revised. With the revision of the Energy Saving Law, the second-class people's livelihood department was newly established in the energy control designated factory, as a result, the law is applied to air conditiners, hot-water supply equipment, lighting equipment, lifts and office automation equipment. Concerning the facilities, this paper presents the criterion to decide the standard part and the part to be independently and systematically achieved. Utilization of unutilized energy is also regulated. |
