| Abstract;The titled international conference held in Argentina is introduced. Operational situation of the treaty and protocol concluded in Kyoto was reviewed, and action plan for enactment preparation was adopted. The principles of emission trade, cooperative execution and clean development mechanism will be decided in 2000. With descriptions on trends in challenge of Japan, the U.S.A., the EU, and China, this paper shows prospects for promotion of technology transfer to developing countries. |
