| Abstract;This presentation will remember the main methods for the introduction of trifluoromethyl, trifluoromethoxy, trifluoromethylthio, trifluoromethylsulfinyl, trifluoroacetyl and trifluoromethylcarbinol groups in the aromatic rings. Two new simple methods has been developed for the introduction of trifluoromethyl group from trifluoroacetate salts and fluoroform by nucleophilic way. We shall examine the potentialities and advantages of these new methods. (author abst.) |
