| Abstract;In order to get a perfluoropolymer with high modulus, we have developed a new type of tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) and perfluoroalkylvinylether (PAVE) copolymer (PFA) having crosslinking structure. Polymerization of TFE, PAVE and perfluoroalkylvinylether having ester group gave a polymer which could be molded as PFA. Heat treatment of a molded sheet of the terpolymer increased its tensile modulus. Also the heat-treated polymer did not melt down above its melting temperature. We estimated that radicals generated from ester group worked as crosslinking cite. (author abst.) |
