| Abstract;Reaction of N,N-dialkyl-2-alkoxy-2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropanamide with lithium aluminum hydride afforded .BETA.-hydroxyamine which might be formed via epoxide-type intermediate. Similar reaction with Grignard reagent proceeded to form the .ALPHA.-aminoketone through the successive two kinds of [1,2]-rearrangement. (author abst.) |
