| Abstract;Pitch fluoride was found to be as effective initiator in the addition reaction of fluoroalkyl iodide to alkynes at room temperature in good yields. The reaction was carried out by stirring of equimolar fluoroalkyl iodide and alkyne in the presence of 10 % weight of pitch fluoride. This reaction provides an excellent method for the synthesis of fluoroalkyl substituted alkenyl iodide. It is noticed that the pitch fluoride can be reproduced simply filtration and applied in recycle. (author abst.) |
