| Abstract;This paper outlines following two papers ;"research on the finishing system of concrete building surface layer "which was receivd a prize from Japan architecture finish institute in 1998 and "research series on maintenance of concrete structure surface layer" which was receivd a prize from Japan Concrete Inst. in 1998. 1) It is important to decrease water cement ratio and unit quantity of water in order to produce the healthy surface and to conduct the appropriate wet curinging. 2) The higher the lightness of cement , the fine aggregate or the water cement ratio is,the higher the lightness of the concrete. 3) The surface layer do not easily get dirty by keeping to be hard solidity and smooth condition.
