Abstract;Mixing/kneading of high performance- or superplasticized concrete containing massive powdery components by conventional mixers neeeds generally long time.Application of noodle-manufacturing like mixing/kneading process was devised to realize intense moisture diffusion in powdery mixing materials.This process is composed of repeated operation of extending dough and folding extended dough to prepare extremely mixed/kneaded material layer.Dimensions, efficiencies and application of devised bucket roller type mixer realizing above mentioned functions are outlined. This mixer was applied to test mixing/kneading of steel fiber concrete containing fiber of 4% to obtaine satisfactory mixed/kneaded material with well-diffused fiber.
