| Abstract;This paper describes the data concept of ASTER products, especially thermal infrared products. Common data concepts can be defined as follows; 1) Quantitative physical data. 2) Defined processing levels, 3) Well-described process history, and 4) Having data quality information. ASTER TIR products are surface temperature and five emissivity products. Futher more, data quality information called "Quality Assurerance(QA) data" is added as a part of product to satisfy the previous 4 concepts. 1st QA data is common for all products, but 2nd QA data are specific for TIR products. From the viewpoint of science team members, we would like to know that this type of QA data will be useful or not for users. (author abst.) |
