Abstract;In a RC super high raise multiple dwelling house having one underground floor and 37 floors on the ground in Kobe City, 3 day body construction cycle was realized for the first time in the world. By the thorough rationalization of the body construction on the base by precastizing (PCa) method of the primary members.The form work had occupied the large part of the critical pathway. The construction period could be shortened by using the PCa columns and beams.By ensuring a field precast yard for one floor portion in the field site to precast the floor concrete, the enlarged members could be produced so that the carrier frequency was decreased. The quality of the concrete were controlled by a laboratory installed in the field site.
