Abstract;A 46-year-old male visited our hospital with the chief complaint of left inguinal pain. He had bilateral varicoceles. Ultrasonography was performed and a tumor with a diameter of 1.5cm was discovered in the right testis. We performed right high orchiectomy in addition to high ligation of the left internal spermatic vein and pathological findings revealed right testicular Leydig cell tumor. No recurrence has been recognized 6 months after the operation. The present case is the second case of testicular Leydig cell tumor to be incidentally detected by ultrasonography in Japan.
