Abstract;This paper introduces a support program to be used in initial stage of planning a district cooling and heating system. Load of heat and electric power is estimated on the basis of the floor area classified by use, and then a heat source system and regional piping network are set to calculate the load sharing and energy consumption of equipment. Calculation results are output by evaluation of economical efficiency and energy saving. The program is also used for plan for cogeneration as well as combined use of conventional equipment such as a refrigerating machine and a boiler.
