Abstract;This paper presents the basic concept of ecological airport centering round Narita Airport to cooperate in construction of a recyclable airport with less load on environment and less energy consumption, and regeneration of peripheral agriculture. Attention is pained on water circulation, energy and air quality, natural environment and waste. The following are planned to be developed: Rain water seepage plan, energy saving, forest improvement, control of total amount of waste, composting and effective use of incineration heat. Cooperation in regeneration of regional agriculture becomes important.
