Abstract;Inspection results of district cooling and cogeneration introduced into Malaysia Airport are reported. The system consists of 2 gas turbines with 20MW, 9 steam absorption refrigerators with 2, 2500RT, 2 waste heat boilers with 40t/h, and 2 auxiliary boilers with 25t/hy, installed in each building on total floor area of 700,0002. Energy is to be supplied through regional piping with length of 10km. It is expected to be further extended in future. The operation record in July, 1998 shows total efficiency of 83.4% was realized.
