Abstract;This paper outlines the facilities of the titled commercial building which aims at peak shaving by energy saving and ice storage, and annual load leveling by cogeneration. Cogeneration by a gas engine was installed to reduce power incoming capacity. Water supply to the store building is limited to nighttime so that the water pressure lowering in circumference is prevented. Absorption-refrigerators using waste heat, ice storage using midnight power and cool temperature water generator by gas were installed.
