| Abstract;Basic policy of town planning by Setagaya Ward is described. Districts to induce town planning and those to mainly promote the town-planning project were designated. Earth Sweet Home district in Fukazawa aims at environmental conservation while securing the standard of living and an increase in dwelling house. Conservation of global environment, affinity with peripheral environment, and healthy amenity of residential environment are aimed. Therefore, utilization of natural resources and consideration to old people and handicapped are attempted. Kitami Community Square is an improved green park square which covers the upper part of high speed railway electric train base. |
