| Abstract;Nippon Telegram and Telephone Co. installed hybrid power generating facilities by the wind power generation with the maximum output 230kW and photovoltaic power generation with 20kW in Kumeshima Island in Okinawa Prefecture in April, 1998. At the same time, "optimum energy simulation software" for examining the possibility of introducing the new energy was jointly developed. This software allows a user himself to optimize and examine the economic efficiency of various types of power generating systems for the demand, environment, and energy saving including the introduction of the renewable energy on the computer. |
