Abstract;The titled support system shows an operation plan minimizing the primary energy cost. At first, basic load is estimated from the best and lowest temperature predictive value, it is compensated based on the parameter by the fuzzy reasoning, and the load from the present time to 24 hours ahead is predicted. A heat manufacturing process is formulated mathematically to obtain the optimum operation plan for this prediction, the operation cost is set to the target function, and the security of the supply is set to the constraints so that the problem of the mathematical programming is solved. This paper introduces a verification example in Senri energy center.
