| Abstract;Japan decided to promote the global warming prevention measures based on the international mutual agreement of prevention from global warming in June, 1998, and this paper explains the guideline for the eco-friendly government facilities (Green Goverment Building) plan. It was decided in March, 1998 based on a committee research result report in November, 1997 as an item led and promoted by the government. It is based on the idea, "green" government building where CO2 emission throughout the life cycle is minimized and environmental loading is low, and contents the guideline and operation materials are presented. |
