| Abstract;This paper presents the relation between methane hydrate (MH) and the global environmental problem, and especially its relation to various phenomena on the earth. A theory that the "mystery of Bermuda Triangle" is caused by a collapse of MH so that there is no mystery is introduced. Various views related to the long-term climatic variation cycle which are one of causes of the global warming are introduced. A discussion that the decomposition of MH causes the subsolifluction, behavior of MH caused by the climatic variation, and various opinions on its effects are presented. |
